With regards to the Top 64/128 (Depending on number of players) prize of the Let It Go promo card, Richelle from Team Lorcana has confirmed that this will be based on points. Everyone with the same amount of points as the 64th/128th player, will also receive the Let It Go promo card.

The PPG site also updates:
*For Top 128 prizes, all those competitors with the same points total as the final qualifying competitor
within the cutoff will also receive the corresponding prize, regardless of tiebreakers

For anyone unclear of how prizes are distributed, Richelle has also confirmed that the prize cards are accumulative. For example, if you are among the top 4, you will receive not only the serialized Mickey Mouse – Brave Little Tailor, you will also receive the other promo cards such as Rapunzel – Gifted with Healing, Cinderella – Stouthearted and Let It Go!
