Ravensburger Responds to Upper Deck Complaint

ComicBook.com has obtained an initial official response from Ravensburger in response to the Upper Deck complaint.

In our previous post, we reported that Upper Deck has filed a 19 page complaint (UDCv.MillerComplaint) to Ravensburger seeking restitution and an injunction for the release of Disney Lorcana.

ComicBook.com has obtained a response from an official Ravensburger spokesperson, stating that:

“Ravensburger has not been served with a complaint and thus cannot speculate on potential legal matters. We at Ravensburger stand behind the integrity of our team and the originality of our products.”

The complaint was filed with the Superior Court of California – County of San Diego. However at the time of this post, the complaint cannot be found on the County of San Diego’s online case search.
