If you are unable to sign up for any of the Gen Con Lorcana events, here’s a thought. Sign up as a staff to run the events instead!
According to this post, Pastimes is officially appointed to help run the Lorcana activities at Gen Con 2023 and they are looking for staff to assist them to host Lorcana demos and tournaments!
Applications are now open and close on May 25 in the link here. If you do not manage to successfully register for any of the Gen Con Lorcana events, you may want to consider signing up! (Gen Con event registration starts on tomorrow on May 21st at noon Eastern time. More details on the event can be found here.)
Application period: Now ~Â May 25th, 2023 at 5:00 PM Central US Time.
Acceptances will go out on May 30th, 2022.
Schedules will go out on June 12th.
Multiple shifts are available for helping with tournaments or with demoes.
On an interesting note, the application also states that:
*You may receive items to help with marketing. We may request these be returned at the end of the show. Promotional items may not be sold.
