Yes, you get to draw!
Opponent’s Let the Storm rage on deals 2 damage, then opponent draws a card. With LTSRO fully resolved, there is a game state check, Diablo gets banished.
Then since the card draw happens while Diablo was in play, you get to draw after Diablo is banished.
