In addition, Disney Lorcana has confirmed on Twitter that after the character is returned to hand from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, as the other players do not have knowledge of the card, it is not treated as “the same card” and would be treated as if it were “another card”. Therefore it is possible to play the same character that was returned to hand.
