Turns out that there was a time where Belle was not that accomplished in the mystic arts, and Ursula might be the reason she decided to work harder at it!

No matter what she tried, Belle couldn’t fully heal the Beast’s wound.
This is a lower cost version of Belle – Acomplished Mystic, the latest Floodborn for Belle. In her early days of training in the mystic arts, Belle could only transfer 1 damage, compared to transferring 3 damage once she became accomplished. There is some potential to this card, since characters typically have lower willpower in the early game and transferring that 1 damage could often be enough to get a character banished.
However so far, moving of damage is a mechanic that is not used as much since it is pretty difficult to control the amount of damage a character has, with Teeth and Ambitions still the best option available to deal damage both to your own character and the opponent’s. Hopefully Amethyst gets similar cards that they can use to make this mechanic more attractive.
