Moving damage counters is something that has been around since we got Mama Odie – Voice of Wisdom in set 3. Belle makes it much easier though, since she can move the damage counters once she comes into play AND she can shift!
Currently options for inflicting damage to your own characters are a bit limited though, with the best option in my opinion being Teeth and Ambitions. Do you have any ideas on how you would play this card?
