Prior to the rules update, these two cards didn’t interact so well together. Now, when you play Get to Safety! and play Sleepy Hollow from its effect, you’ll be able to draw a card from Get to Safety! even if you didn’t have a Sleepy Hollow in play beforehand. Just as the designers intended!
