Ratigan is finally getting his own floodborn! He is a beefy 5/5 character with Evasive and 3 lore, and he gives all your damaged characters get extra strength, which is always nice to have.
Currently he already has another Ruby variant with Ratigan – Very Large Mouse, but maybe we could get another non-floodborn version of Ratigan in Shimmering Skies too?
