Shimmering Skies set championship details are not released yet, in past set championships, only the top 4 players would receive this promo card. However in this article, Megan Hanson (Global Organized Play Manager for Disney Lorcana TCG) shared that set championship prize cards have been increased to be given to 8 per events, making this lovely card much easier to get!
