Emerald ink is getting lots of nice characters with double effects and Jasmine is adding to that! At 3 ink, she can give a character Reckless directly, just like Jaq – Connoisseur of Climbing, but she also lets you exert a damaged character just like Banzai – Taunting Hyena. Getting to pick the best option to fit the situation makes this a pretty good tech card choice to me!
