Team Lorcana announced on their discord server the Japanese and Chinese language cards will be legal for all regions!
Like other languages that have joined the Lorcana family, Japanese and Chinese will follow the same rules. You can include them in your deck in these regions as long as they are sleeved with no discernable difference from the other cards. There are special rules for Japan and China regarding card legality. Players in Japan may ONLY play with Japanese cards, while the same goes for Chinese cards in China. No other languages may be used in these regions.
