November 18, 2024 – Applications are now open for retailers interested in hosting the Disney Lorcana Azurite Sea Set Championship, an official competitive event designed to bring together Illumineers in an exciting tournament setting.
Eligibility & Application Process
To be considered, stores must meet the following requirements:
- Be part of the Disney Lorcana Hobby Store Program. Stores can verify their status or apply here.
- Submit their application by March 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.
- Register the event on Melee.gg by April 21, 2025, using the “Archazia’s Island Set Championship” tag.
- Schedule the event on any Saturday or Sunday between May 3 and May 25, 2025.
- Host the tournament according to official event guidelines. Approved retailers will receive final instructions via email on March 24, 2025.
- Report any issues using the designated question submission form.
- Return the event kit if unable to run the event by coordinating with their distributor or local Ravensburger office.
Retailers who have previously hosted a Set Championship are automatically approved and do not need to reapply.
