Good news to the folks in Mexico and multiple regions of Europe. Disney Lorcana is coming to a store near you!
In a Spanish press release shared by Lorcana TCG SP, Disney Lorcana has confirmed they are expanding to more regions.
In the press release, Ravensburger announced that the Disney Lorcana TCG will be available in 10 more regions starting from the third expansion in early 2024, including Spain, Portugal,
Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Mexico.
This doubles the number of regions which currently officially distribute the Disney Lorcana TCG which are United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany,
Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The press release also officially confirms the Italian localization for Disney Lorcana, which was first confirmed via Meeple Show back in August, making Italian the fourth official language release for Disney Lorcana. However there is no mention of any Spanish release at the moment, with players in Spain and Mexico expected to have access to the English version.
In addition, the press release includes comments by Filip Franke, Global Gaming Director at Ravensburger, who mentions that the previously announced reprints for Disney Lorcana will be available to both current and new markets. The reprint will include both The First Chapter and Rise of the Floodborn, the first 2 sets for the Disney Lorcana TCG, and they will be available in time for the 2023 holiday season in North America and January 2024 in Europe.
