Time to make your prayers to Zeus! You can soon order Rise of the Floodborn from Amazon and it will be lottery based!
Shacknews has shared the official press release from Ravensburger, which shares details about the upcoming Rise of the Floodborn sales on Amazon.

A virtual queue system will be setup on the Ravensburger’s US Amazon page where Illumineers can signup their interest to purchase Rise of the Floodborn products, starting from December 1st, 9am PST (12pm EST). This queue system is only open to the US.
The queue is expected to stay open for multiple days (currently no end date is stated), and once closed, people who have signed up will be drawn via a lottery system and randomly selected. The lucky selected Illumineers will then receive an invitation email where they have 72 hours to confirm their purchase. Should they not make a purchase during the time period, someone else will then receive an invitation to their spot.
The only products available for purchase will be the 2 different Rise of the Floodborn Starter Decks and Booster Boxes, with a purchase limit of 2 per product. There is no mention of the Illumineer’s Trove nor the highly coveted Disney 100 Collector’s Set, so fans will have to try other avenues such as shopDisney which opens for sale on the same day and appears to have Disney 100 Collector’s Sets available.
This is great news for US fans who will now have a chance to obtain some products at MSRP, especially as Rise of the Floodborn and Lorcana in general is still high in demand, with booster boxes selling at over $200 on TCGplayer.
